The increase in the number of procedures optimizing the technique and the result of implant-based treatment poses a dilemma for the doctor regarding the number of stages and the duration of surgical procedures.
Some patients return to the clinic with complaints of pain or sensory disturbances, which are often associated with surgical treatment.
The lecture contains a detailed systematic presentation of the modern classification of pain in the face and jaws, the methodology for examining patients, the differential diagnosis and adopted protocols for the treatment of pain as a symptom and as a disease.

Dr. Granot Igal graduated from the UMSA, Ukraine in 1996. From 1996 -1998 he was a member of the medical staff of the Department of Operative
Surgery UMSA. From 2000-2005 practiced general dentistry at the Center for Oral and Dental Medicine in Tel HaShomer, Medical Corps, Israeli Defense Forces. From 2005 - 2010 he is board certified in Oral Medicine and practices at Hadassah Medical Center, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
From 2009 - Head of the Hospital Oral Medicine Unit and Postgraduate program in Oral Medicine, Galilee Medical Center, Nahariya.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on Oral Medicine.
